What we are is a collection of our beliefs - no more, no less. Those beliefs can change. Nurturing yourself is your job. No one will do it for you.
Making your daily life like a sabbatical. Do things that uplift you, do things that bring you joy – the simplest of things, go for a walk, put on music that resonates with you, read a poem, meditate.
Here is a Regeneration To Do List
- Use ONLY organic/natural products.
- Purchase healthy organic skin care, hair care, hair color, makeup, soaps, and body lotion or oils.
- Buy non-toxic products like Shaklee to use in your home. Read the labels.
- Eat a suitable diet.
- Eat a fresh wholesome simple diet using the correct combinations of foods, and eat accordingly to your body type.
- Cook your own food.
- Eat organic when possible.
- Take Supplements.
- Take a natural vitamin-mineral supplement from a health food store that is made from whole foods or organic herbal food supplements to cushion the diet.
- Drink Clean Water.
- Purchase the best bottled water in your area or put in a reverse osmosis unit in your home.
- Never drink or brush your teeth in tap water.
- Buy a good filter for your shower.
- Drink at least eight glasses of water each day.
- Water helps clear toxins from the body.
- The body is over 70% water. Nourish it with clean water.
- Take at least 15 each day to feel the warm sunshine and breathe the fresh air.
- If you have no fresh air or sunshine, go out and visualize its effects. The mind is very powerful.
- Take a walk alone, sit on a park bench, walk in the woods, or meditate.
- Breathe!
- Eliminate Properly.
- One key to health and beauty is eliminating the wastes from your body. A natural laxative such as psyllium husks may help until you eat properly.
- Add more fiber, fruit and vegetables to the diet.
- A seasonal cleanse will rejuvenate your organs.
- Avoid food and personal care products that employ chemicals and pesticides.
- Read all labels – soaps, beauty products, to packaged foods, house cleaners – and do not buy if in doubt.
- Eat responsibly.
- Eat small amounts. Do not overeat!
- Eat more times a day but smaller proportions.
- Wait for the last meal to digest before eating again.

- Visualize your food supplying the proper nutrients as you eat.

- Always say a prayer of gratitude before you eat.
- Try not to visit while eating rather focus on the benefits you are receiving.
- Take time to relax during the day.
- Have a short nap.
- Meditation is relaxing and soothes the soul.
- Do some breathing exercises.
- Be silent for ten minutes.
- Sit outside in the fresh air.
- Be Still!
- Exercise regularly.
- Take a brisk walk for 20 minutes daily.
- Try HathaYoga, Stretching or Tai chi.
- Use the Tibetan Rites for Longevity.
- Take a movement Class.
- Dance.
- Pamper yourself regularly.
- Get a facial or pedicure.
- Have a relaxing massage weekly.
- Try alternative health treatments.
- Experience Rolfing, acupressure and acupuncture.
- Take care of your feet with reflexology and essential oils.
- Learn self massage.
- Try Reiki classes and use it to heal yourself.
