During this series of four cooking classes you will
learn exquisite vegetarian Indian recipes featuring exotic tastes, aromas,
textures, and colors. Including sumptuous vegetable dishes, rice preparations,
delicious protein rich soups known as dhal, and Indian condiments such
as yogurt raita, and various chutneys used to enhance the flavor of the
meal.

Art and Science of Ayurvedic Cooking - Contemporary Techniques For Your
Busy Lifestyle." Get away from the city sounds and experience
a spiritual cooking extravaganza at the Would you like to learn how to

You can learn to change your relationship with food and develop a
"Higher Taste." Ayurvedic Cooking is based on the belief
that 'Food is Sacred". In this workshop we will experience that cooking
can be fun and easy. It is preparing your sacred space or altar, preparing
your consciousness, chopping the beautiful colorful food, gathering the
healing spices that you will learn are your "medicine", and
enjoy food, fellowhsip, and fun.
